We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged or undelivered items
In some cases, a refund may be issued for a damaged or defective item, or when the shipping carrier fails to deliver. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact email@example.com within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery date to request a refund. If the refund requires the item be returned, we will provide a return shipping label.
We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address based on information provided by the buyer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
